LADDONIA-Gary Wayne Smith, 71, of Lake Ozark passed away February 20, 2013 at Hannibal Regional Hospital. He was born July 25, 1941 in Laddonia, the son of George William and Mildred Opal Doyle Smith. Survivors include one son, Michael Smith of Phoenix, AZ; two daughters, Kimberly Winer of Phoenix, and Susan Campbell of Camp Point, IL; one brother, Larry Smith of Tyler, TX; and one grandson, Grayson Wade Smith of St. Louis. Mr. Smith grew up in the Laddonia area and graduated from high school there. He lived at the Lake of the Ozarks for over 35 years. He worked as a meatcutter and butcher for the Lodge of the Four Seasons for 20 years and then at Paul's Supermarket for several years. Memorial services will be held at a later date.
